Simply put, wonderful.
No longer caught up inside your head you are able to recall more
peaceful, happy times, a sense of you without the anxiety, the
crowd, the fear or apathy. This relaxed and receptive state combined
with focused attention works in partnership, utilizing your emotional
intelligence (the power of the subconscious mind) and creating
new belief patterns. Positive constructive thought patterns help
you to heal and support the changes you desire.
Afterwards you will feel like you have rested on a deep level. You maybe a bit
detached for a moment but it will soon pass and certainly the drive home will
not be a problem. The relaxation will stay with you and a good nights sleep most
often occurs.
Being in hypnosis is not about being under someone elses control. In fact
you will be able to bring yourself to a full conscious waking state and end the
session if you feel the need. As most people enjoy the state and want the changes
this is not usually an issue. It feels good to work with yourself instead of
against.
