Afterwards you will feel like you have rested on a deep level. You maybe a bit detached for a moment but it will soon pass and certainly the drive home will not be a problem. The relaxation will stay with you and a good nights sleep most often occurs.

Being in hypnosis is not about being under someone else’s control. In fact you will be able to bring yourself to a full conscious waking state and end the session if you feel the need. As most people enjoy the state and want the changes this is not usually an issue. It feels good to work with yourself instead of against.
