A guided meditation for healing and relaxation
Set to the relaxing music of David Eastoe, Cindy leads you on a sacred journey
to the Garden of Healing. Through deep relaxation you connect more fully to your
spiritual self and are able to ask for healing for yourself, for others and and
for the world. The Garden of Healing offers you a special place and guidance
in which to connect to your Spiritual Self and to all things. After all, we are
all one.
Through visualising the brilliant white light
in this aura strengthening exercise Side 2 helps you to create
a sacred space in which to meditate. Followed by David’s
gentle relaxing music you have the opportunity to go inward
in a less structured form, connect in your own way as you deeply
relax.
